Does SCS delete files on my phone? No, SCS does not delete any files on your phone EVER. It merelyoverwrites local files with 0 bytes, if and only if this file isbacked up.
Does SCS delete files online? SCS only deletes files in the cloud, if you delete a file locallyor if you unwatch a folder/file type. Before it deletes the file,SCS checks if this file is actually an outsourced file (a file thatis not on your phone anymore).
